As much as my hairdresser repeatedly advises me not to, I can't help but wash my hair every day. As a woman with long hair, the general consensus is that alternate days is absolutely plenty, but the truth is, I just don't feel ready unless I've fully washed and blow-dried my hair every morning.

The thing is, I like my hair to look fresh and full of volume every day. I also like it to smell great, too, and this is something that my fiance often comments on, which I love. Hair care is a huge part of my daily pampering regime, and certainly for the foreseeable future, I can't visualise that ever changing.

And I know, it's really bad for my hair - maybe not so much if I wasn't blow-drying it every day, but I am, and I have to say, it has definitely taken it's toll on my hair.

Whilst my hair isn't especially 'dry' as such, I do find that split ends are a problem, which means regular trims are essential in order to avoid mammoth knots and other hair-related woes.

And of course, all of this means even more money spent on my hair.

So, what's the answer? Is there a miracle product for women like you and me to help keep our hair nourished and looking fabulous?

Well, as a matter of fact, there is.

My recent hair-loving discovery, the Schwarzkopf Bonacure Hairtherapy Miracle Oil Mist, has become an integral part of my daily hair-care routine.

I love this stuff - it's gorgeous.
This light-weight oil mist applies easily using a spritzer pump to wet hair, nourishing the locks during the blow-drying process and leaving hair feeling silky-soft and moisturised (but not greasy).

What I particularly love about this spray is that you only need a few small pumps to get the desired smoothing effect, and the fresh, pretty smell lasts all day long.

I was lucky enough to bag a bottle of this stuff for free on my evening with Magali Gorre, however, I would definitely reinvest. To buy, this product costs £19.99, and promises to leave you with salon-quality results in the comfort of your own home. So, if you're looking for that miracle hair product that's going to give your locks a whole new lease of life, then this is it.

I hope you enjoyed my latest blog post. Stay tuned for more very soon, lovelies!

I can't believe that it's been almost two weeks since I wrote my last blog post - I literally have absolutely no idea where the time is going at the moment. I swear it was January only 5 minutes ago?

Anyway, I'm really sorry for being so quiet over the last fortnight, I've just had so much to do what with wedding planning, holiday sorting and house buying...

Yep, you read that right - Marc and I are now officially on the property ladder! I will divulge all in a separate post after I've been away and there's a little more progress, but it's all very exciting stuff.

Today though, I'm going to be sharing with you a classic Exclusively Grace post, talking about my biggest cosmetic weakness ever - lipsticks!

It will come as no surprise at all that my lipstick collection has grown once again since I last updated you all, and as always, I can't say enough great things about this little beauty.

The MAC VIVA GLAM collection has always intrigued me, but for some reason, I've never even swatched any of the lipsticks - until now, that is.

Last weekend, a nice little trip to the Trafford Centre saw me purchase my very first MAC VIVA GLAM lipstick - the MAC VIVA GLAM V.

I know quite a few girls who wear VIVA GLAM II and absolutely love it, so I kind of had it in my head that I wanted this originally. However, after trying V and learning that it had a lustre finish (my favourite MAC finish), I completely changed my mind - I had to have V instead.

MAC VIVA GLAM V is the lipstick I imagine Greek goddesses to wear. It's the perfect combination of nude and muted pink, with a mesmerizing hint of gold, giving any makeup look that elegant, opulent finish that's just to die for.

This lipstick can be dressed down during the day, or vamped up at night with a fine slick of liquid liner and thick black lashes - and I'm obsessed.

I've worn this lipstick every day since I bought it, and I've already had several people ask me what shade I'm wearing. I think that for an 'understated' lipstick, VIVA GLAM V is extremely eye-catching because of the hint of gold, so it instantly draws people's attention.

You can buy your MAC VIVA GLAM V now by clicking here.

In terms of height, being just 5'1", I guess you could put me towards the shorter end of the scale. And whilst that isn't necessarily a bad thing whatsoever, shopping for certain items of clothing can be somewhat of a pain at times.

I am of course talking about maxi dresses.

I absolutely love maxi skirts and dresses, and I love how effortlessly chic they look - both during the day and at night. However, as my legs aren't exactly the longest in the world, I do struggle to find anything that doesn't traipse all over the floor and get really messy.

However, I've decided that this summer, I'm not going to let this ever-so-slight curve-ball get in the way of what could be an incredible statement piece in my wardrobe this sunny season.

So, last week, I decided to make the wacky, crazy decision that's been playing on my mind for literally years, and buy not one, but two maxi skirts.

I know - I feel so brave.

I bought both skirts from Forever 21 online (which is a generally amazing store for those looking to stay on-trend without the hefty price tag), and so far, so good...I think?

Well, I say 'so good' - the length issue is still, well, an issue, but I'm quickly discovering ways to overcome the problem - for example: wedges and enormous heels.

Wedges and 'clumpy' heeled sandals are pretty much my everyday go-to footwear during the summer months, as they're glam and provide added height without looking too OTT during the day. Plus, they're also incredibly comfy, which is always a bonus.

But, like most other women,  I'm also a sucker for a good old pointy patent, too.

I love this outfit. Both top an skirt are Forever 21 and heels are Office. My sunglasses are Michael Kors and statement necklace is Artisan Jewels.
As before, both skirt and top here are both Forever 21, sunnies are Michael Kors and statement necklace is Artisan Jewels. These Ibiza-style baby blue chunky heels are River Island.

I applaud anyone who can pull off a maxi and flats and still look like a supermodel, but unfortunately, I'll never be one of those people! So, instead, I'm teaming my two new maxi skirts with some nice heels for a little boost of height, and a little less skirt-meets-floor 'scrapage.'

And you know what? It's working very well, and I think the skirts look great!

I've got tons more exciting fashion posts coming up soon to give you that much-needed summer inspiration, so make sure you stay tuned for all of that.

I hope you enjoyed this post!
